The lessons are one-on-one and individually tailored to each student's level, learning style, and musical goals. Leela teaches frailing/clawhammer only (which is an old-time down-picking style that is different from the bluegrass Scruggs-style fingerpicking) and she teaches by-ear. She works with all levels from complete beginners to advanced players. On the first lesson, you can get an idea of how she teaches and see if it works for you before you decide whether or not to pay for a series.
